Artwork is in addition to the
colours used for the text detail on your card.

Selecting a 'Black Ink logo' refers to a single
colour logo rendered in Black which for many is quite suitable.

If your logo or artwork is multiple colours you need to select
multi-colour print in addition to the colour selected for the text you
require. This would be done in digital print colours. For example:
A
Blue and Black logo is two colours - you would need to select a text
colour and multi colour artwork on the order form.
Using a Blue logo and black ink text is also two colours - you would
need to select a text colour and multi colour artwork on the order form.
You could select Red ink for your text
greeting with a Blue and Black logo which would then total three colour
print - you would need to select a text colour and multi colour artwork
on the order form.
Artwork colours will be matched as closely as possible using digital
print but if you
need an exact colour match then we can do Lithographic print on orders
over 250 cards. See the

for details of charges. We would need the Pantone colour references for
the colours you wish to print.
Orders of more than 5000 cards would have no premium charges applied.

Good quality black on white artwork can be incorporated. (Faxed
copies are not suitable).

Digital artwork can be incorporated. The minimum resolution that we
can use is 600 dpi. Images copied from websites are generally 72
or 96dpi. They are too low quality for use in the printing process and
are not suitable to ensure accurate reproduction.

Please supply your digital artwork in one of the following formats,
jpg, pdf, tiff, bmp or eps. Artwork supplied in any other format will
cause a delay in processing your order.

We are able to process images from 3.5” floppy disks, CDs, DVDs and
100Mb Zip disks. Please include fonts/logos if using Quark files. We
also offer a file upload via the website or you can email you artwork.

Please send your artwork as soon as possible to avoid delays either
by email to
artwork@charmsltd.com,
or by post using recorded delivery.
(Special Delivery/Insurance is
recommended especially if sending your own foil block).
BESPOKE IMAGES

Please supply your photograph (no negatives) or digital artwork with
a minimum resolution of 600dpi in one of the following formats, jpg, pdf,
tiff, bmp or eps (website images are not suitable). We are able to
process images from 3.5" floppy disks, CDs, DVDs and 100Mb Zip disks. We
can also use good quality black on white artwork.

Please note, we can only reproduce images at the quality provided
and cannot return photographs.

Proofs for your approval will be provided (on the board type of your
chosen card) on all orders for bespoke cards at no extra cost. Please
allow an extra 5 working days for this service.

Due to the production processes involved orders for cards in this
section cannot be accepted after
25th November.

For bespoke cards where your
logo is printed on the front of the card as part of the design there is
no extra charge unless stated otherwise.
We can also use foil blocking
using either your own block or we can make one for
you at additional cost (£35)
